Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp dried onions
1 c water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 chicken bouillon cube
1-2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp cider vinegar.
3 lb ground beef (lean)

Directions:
Directions:
Turn crockpot to high. Mix all ingredients but meat, crushing the bouillon cubes. Add meat and stir to evenly coat and break up the beef. Cook on high for one hour (covered) stirring to break up the meat completely and get it browned. Uncover and cook another 2-3 hours until the liquid is absorbed.

Serve on buns with your choice of condiments (I like mayo, ketchup, and pickles)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are called a variety of things depending on where in the state you get them - in Rolla they are "Maid Rites," in St. Joe they are "Crumble Burgers" and they are also just called "Loose Meat Burgers."
