I head of broccoli cooked or one bag of frozen broccoli flowerets thawed
1/3 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon
1 garlic clove chopped
1 can chickpeas drained
I diced cucumber

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure the broccoli is cooked al dente..not too soft
Put in a bowl and add the chick peas
mix the lemon juice, feta cheese and garlic and yogurt. Blend well.
Add to the broccoli and chick peas.
At the end, add the cucumber
Salt and pepper to taste

I loved this salad when I made it. Two friends asked for the recipe….BUT, Opa hated it…see what YOU think (LOL)
Sometimes, I add a chopped tomato to it as well!
