3 1/2 C water
2 C butter (4 sticks)
1 1/2 C chopped onions
3 C chopped celery
3/4 t pepper
1 1/2 t poultry seasoning
2 1/4 t salt
6 t dried parsley
3 t dried mustard
3 loaves Texas toast

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, butter, celery, onion and spices to a boil and simmer fro 5 minutes.
Cut up the Texas toast into cubes and place in a large bowl.
Add the liquid to the bread until desired moisture level
Stuff into turkey or heat in a casserole dish

The first 9 ingredients can be boiled ahead of time and the stuffing can be assembled later.
*Note- Do not add bread mixture to the liquid mixture because you may have more liquid than you need and it could become too wet. By adding the liquid to the bread mixture you can control the moistness.
