I store bought container (jar) of caramelized Onions
I container of spreadable cream cheese

Spread cheese in the bottom of a dish (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
Layer the caramelized onion over them (if you can't find them in the store just look for a recipe but I haven't found one as good as the prepared jars of this product.)
Serve with yummy crackers
