4 large Portobello Mushrooms
1 pkg veggie sausage crumbled
I large tomato, chopped
1 egg
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Chopped garlic clove
Salt and Pepper
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Parsley
Oregano
Medium Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Chop stems of Portobello Mushrooms
Wash the caps and pat dry
Saute chopped onion in a frypan
add parsley, oregano and garlic, and chopped tomato
Break up veggie sausage into pieces and add to the frypan
Add salt and pepper to taste
Remove from heat
Add bread crumbs and stuff the mushroom caps
Layer Sharp Cheddar Cheese over the mushrooms
Put in the oven @ 350 until cheddar is melted. Enjoy
