4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
8 bacon strips, crumbled
4 green onions
¼ cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
24 large fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. In a small bowl mix the first 5 ingredients until blended. Arrange mushroom caps in a greased 15x10x1 in. baking pan. Spoon about 1 tbsp. of filling per cap.

Bake uncovered for 9-11 minutes or until filling is golden brown and mushrooms are tender.
