1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli florets
2 tbsp. butter
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. smoked paprika

Cook broccoli. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic in melted butter until slightly translucent. Stir in ham and broccoli, then transfer to pie crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk and pepper together in a bowl., pour over filling and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 until quiche edges puff and center is set, about 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan on a rack for 30 minutes. Slice into 6 wedges.
