CAKE:
2 C Flour
2 C White Sugar
1 C oil
1 C pumpkin
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 C chopped walnuts

FROSTING:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
6 Tbs butter, softened
3 C powdered sugar
1 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease and flour an 11 x 15 baking sheet
Mix all cake ingredients together, spread in pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Cream butter and cream cheese together, add powdered sugar and combine. Add milk and vanilla and beat until frosting is smooth and will spread easily.
