1 cup margarine
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar & eggs. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in white sugar and cinnamon.
Bake @ 400°

it is difficult to say how long to bake cookies. It comes with practice. Watch them carefully and take out when they are solid and light brown in color.
