3/4 Cup Peanut Butter (I prefer chunky)
1/2 Cup Crisco
1 1/4 Cups Light Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
3 Tbl Milk
1 Tbl Vanilla
1 Egg
1 3/4 Cups Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine, peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add egg; beat just until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed; mix just until blended. Drop by teaspoons 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of fork.

Bake at 375º for 7 to 8 mins. Cool 2 mins on baking sheet, then remove to cooling rack.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
