2 C Hellmann's Mayo
2 C Whole Buttermilk
2 C Sour cream
6 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 C crumbled blue cheese (Sam's Club)
(optional...to taste: cayenne pepper, or minced garlic, or sugar, or Worcestershire, or grated onion...I didn't use any of the optional ingredients)

whisk all, except Blue Cheese
gently fold in & stir the Blue Cheese
refrigerate at least 8 hours
makes 1 quart, plus 1 pint

Perfect for: a lettuce wedge; tomatoes, wing dip; french fry dip
As a dip, use 1 C less Blue cheese
(if you use lowfat buttermilk or lite sour cream, you will become very ill)
