12-16 oz wide egg noodles
6 lg. eggs
1 lb sourcream
8 oz cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp salt
cinnamon & sugar for dusting

1 cup white raisins, soaked in hot water for 20 minutes or 1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)

Directions:
Cook noodles just under well done. Mix eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, melted butter and salt until smooth (I used food processor, also added a dash of vanilla and a dash of Grand Marnier). Mix with noodles. If adding fruit, add now. Put into 9 x 13 pan or two 8" square pans. Sprinkle top with cinnamon & sugar before baking.

Bale at 350º F for 60 minutes

Other options for fruit - craisins or chopped apricots.
