Large flour tortillas
1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 pkg Spanish rice (prepared)
1 can corn (drained)
shredded cheddar
salsa
sliced black olives
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions. Drain. Mix in taco seasoning and water (per seasoning directions).

Place tortilla in bottom of spring form pan. Spread with 1/3 of beans. Add 1/3 of meat. Top with a sprinkling of cheese. Add another tortilla, cover with layer of rice and corn. Spread some salsa on top. Add another tortilla and a meat and bean layer, then another corn and rice layer, then another meat and bean layer. Cover top with cheese.

Cover pan with foil and bake at 350º F for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted and all layers are heated through. Removed from springform pan to a plate.

Top with black olives and sour cream.
