Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts Recipe

1 lb bacon
2 - 8 oz. cans water chestnuts
1/3 C packed brown sugar
1/3 C mayonnaise
1/3 C chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cut each strip of bacon in half
Wrap one bacon strip around one water chestnut
Secure with a wooden toothpick
Place in a shallow backing dish
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
While the wraps are baking, in a small mixing bowl combine brown sugar, mayonnaise and chili sauce to make a BBQ sauce.
After wraps have finished baking, transfer them (removing them from the grease) to a second shallow baking dish
Pour sauce over the wraps
Bake at 350º for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
