1/2 C packed dark Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp course Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp molasses powder
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp hot smoked Spanish Paprika
1 tsp Chipotle Chile Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Rub can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
