1 9 inch pie shell
6 eggs, beaten
1 c shredded cheddar
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1 c shopped crab
1/2 c broccoli, flowerettes, cooked
1 1/2 c half and half
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brush the inside of the pie shell with egg wash. Prick bottom and sides with fork and bake for 5 minutes in preheated 425º oven. Set aside.

Reduce oven to 350º, Put cheese, crab, veggies in shell. Crack eggs into bowl and beat until combined, add half and half and seasonings, mix well.

Pour over ingredients into pie shell and bake, 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Let rest 10 minutes, cut and enjoy.
