4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup water
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

Beat all ingredients and mix well.

Pour custard into 6-7 small oven safe baking dishes and sprinkle with nutmeg

Place dishes into 2 1/2" deep pan & pour water around dishes

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean
