Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box raspberry or strawberry Jello (regular size, not large)
1-12 oz bag fresh Cranberries (rough chopped)
1 Orange, rind and all (rough chopped)
1 Apple, diced large
½ cup chopped Nuts (pecans or walnuts)
½ cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all of the fruit and nuts. Mix in the sugar and let stand while preparing Jell-O. Prepare Jell-O per directions on box. Add to fruit mixture and stir well. Pour into an 8" X 8" glass pan or mold. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight. Cut into squares (or wedges if mold is used) and serve on a lettuce-lined salad plate

Personal Notes:
This was another holiday favorite. I love it's sweet and sour flavor. Nothing goes better with turkey. She would also make it in other times of the year to serve with roasted chicken. Mom would make this in an 8 X 8 pan, but you may want to invest in a fancy Jell-O mold. I get the best results using an old hand grinder for the orange and cranberries. If you don't have one, do a rough chop in a food processor.
