1 (2-3lb) chuck roast
2 packets brown gravy mix
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 small onion, cut into rings
White bread
Cooked Mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker and cover with the sliced onion. Mix together the brown gravy seasoning and beef broth; pour over top of roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Take the roast out of the pot and slice it. Pour the leftover liquid into a sauce pan. Reserve about 1/2 cup and add a little flour or cornstarch to thicken up. Pour into sauce pan and let it come to a bubble to thicken up the gravy.

Serve on sliced bread with mashed potatoes and gravy.
