2 c Flour
1/2 c Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
2, 8 ounce Pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c Sugar and 2 tbsp. sugar, divided
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and Chopped
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Streusel Topping (following)
1/2 c Caramel Topping

Streusel Topping:
1 c Firmly packed Brown Sugar
1 c Flour
1/2 c Quick Oatmeal
1/2 c Butter, softened
Combine

Directions:
Combine Flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13" pan lined with heavy foil. Bake 15 mins in 350º oven or until lightly browned
In large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 c sugar then add eggs 1 at a time, add vanilla. Stir to combine, Pour over crust.
In a small bowl, stir together apples and remaining 2 tbsp. Sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the combined streusel topping.
Bake 30 minutes or until set
Drizzle Carmel topping over the top.
