3 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 med onion, diced
2 T sage or poultry seasoning
Pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until softened, add seasonings. Combine beef and pork and add to onion mixture, and cook slowly until cooked through. do not let it brown. Add bread cubes and mix until no grease is evident in pan.

Fill pie crust and add top. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.

Touchierre is traditionally served on New Years Eve with dill pickles and catsup.
