12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 c butter
1 1/3 c evaporated milk
2 c powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Gradually add sugar and milk, blend well.

Bring to boil and cook for 8 minutes stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Serve warm.

For Frosting: cool 2 c sauce and add powdered sugar and blend well. Chill until thick enough to spread.
