4 boneless chicken breats
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1 c mushrooms
1 can whole onions
2/3 c evaporated milk
1 c mushroom soup
1 c cheddar cheese
pepper and paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Melt butter in a 13x9. Coat breast with flour. Place skin side down in butter. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn breasts over and bake 20 minutes longer. Remove dish from oven and reduce temp to 325º.

Add onion and mushrooms. Blend remaining ingredients and pour oven chicken. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and hot.
