Chicken or Turkey Broth, approximately 2 quarts
cornbread
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 eggs
sage
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make cornbread in advance. Put broth in large kettle. Add in enough corn bread (may include some stale white bread) for desired consistency. (Should be soupy.) Add in onions, celery and salt to taste. Add in sage to taste. Mix in beaten eggs.

Pour in buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
