Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix
6 Skor bars
1/3 c. coffee
1 tsp unflavoured gelatin
1 L whipping cream about 4 cups
1/4 c. granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake cake layers according to package directions. Cool Completely. Using a serrated knife, horizontally slice cakes in half so you have 4 thin rounds. Then chop Skor bars into pieces about 1/4 in wide. Set aside.
2. Pour coffee into a small cup and sprinkle with gelatin. Let soak 5 minutes. Then heat in the microwave, uncovered, for 15 to 20 seconds, or until warm to touch so that gelatin will dissolve when stirred.
3. Meanwhile, pour cream into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip, gradually adding sugar until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted. Using a large spatula, immediately fold in warm dissolved gelatin mixture.
4. To assemble, place four rounds on a flat surface. Dividing whipped cream mixture equally, spread over top of each, leaving sides bare. Sprinkle with chopped Skor bits. On a large serving plate, stack cake rounds. Refrigerate, uncovered, for at least 2 hours to allow getlatin to set and cream to soak into layers. Cake will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
