1 Batch of Chicken Meatballs

2 TBS Olive Oil
1 c. Onion /Chopped
10 c. Chicken Stock
1/2 c. White Wine
1 c. Carrots Chopped
1c. Celery Chopped
1 c. Dry Orzo

optional 1 Bag of Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Onion , Carrots and Celery until soft.
Add Stock and wine
Bring to a Boil, Add Pasta and Cook 6-8 min
Add Coked Meatballs to heat through. *may add Spinach until wilted

Serve in Bowls and Top with Parmesan
