6 chicken breasts
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsps oil
1 - 10oz pkg frozen or asparagus (fresh is even better)
1 - 10oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cut chicken into 2"x4" pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Saute slowly in oil over medium heat until white and opaque, about 6 minute; drain. Cook Asparagus or broccoli until tender crisp, drain and arrange in the bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Place chicken on top. Mix soup, mayo, curry and lemon juice together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and bake uncovered at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
