1 TBS Margarine
1 c.Chopped Carrots
1c. Chopped Celery
4 c. Chicken Broth
1 c. Diced Ham
1/2 c. Uncooked Wild Rice

1 c. Milk
1/2 c.Flour
1/2 c.fresh Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in margarine and add to Crockpot. Add Carrots, Celery, Broth,Ham and Wild Rice.Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Add Milk and Flour the last 20 min of Cooking.
Garnish with parsley.

When we were first married , We would celebrate every New Years Eve with the Notos We ate this for dinner every year with bread sticks and Salad!. Thank you Steve and Jen. If you want to have good luck, add black-eyed peas to your new year's soup.
