Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 Box lemon supreme cake mix 1 Box lemon instant pudding 12 oz. 7-up 4 eggs ½ cup vegetable oil 1 stick butter 1 ¾ cups sugar Small can crushed pineapple, not drained 3 Tbs. flour 1 pkg. coconut 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Mix cake mix, pudding, 7-up, eggs, and oil in large bowl and beat 3 minutes. Pour into round cake pans and bake at 350º for approx. 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Topping: Combine remaining ingredients in a medium size pot. Cook until thick, 5–10 minutes over slow heat. Spread over cake.
