1 c dry oatmeal
2/3 c toasted coconut flakes
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c flaxseed (ground)
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/3 c honey or maple syrup
1 T chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Make into balls or bars and they keep in refrig for at least a week.

You may substitute dried fruit for the chips if you prefer. They are good either way.
