2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries, washed
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. + 2 T. sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line muffin pan with paper liners. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, toss 2 T. flour mixture with blueberries. In a large bowl, beat butter and 1 c. sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add remaining flour mixture, alternately with milk and vanilla. Crush 1/2 c. of blueberries and stir into batter. Fold in remaining berries. Spoon batter into prepared muffin c. and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
