2 cups self rising corn meal
1 cup self rising flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick melted butter
1 onion diced
6 chopped boiled eggs
6 biscuits or slices of bread
1 sleeve soda crackers (saltines)
1-2 pieces boiled chicken
½ teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon celery salt
Black pepper
Additional chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Corn Bread: Mix corn meal, flour, salt, and baking powder. Add Buttermilk and mix well. Bake until done. (about 400º for 20-30 min, just until lightly browned)

Boil chicken and reserve broth & meat for dressing.

Break up cornbread in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients well. Add PLENTY of chicken broth. (mixture should be soupy)
 
Bake at 400º until almost set and slightly brown (30-40 minutes) in an 11-14 baking dish.
