3 T. White Karo Syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
pinch salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
6 large marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. frozen pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Line 2 baking sheets or trays with parchment or wax paper. In medium sauce pan combine Karo syrup, sugar, dark brown sugar, salt and whipping cream. Heat over medium high heat to hard boil stage (250º-265º F). Add butter, marshmallows and vanilla. Mix until butter & marshmallows are dissolved.
Add 3 c. frozen pecan halves. Mix well. Spoon onto waxed paper. Allow to cool. Store in airtight container.
