1 lb. asparagus stalks, cooked
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard powder
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lay the cooked asparagus in a flat dish. In a small bowl, combine: butter, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture on top of the asparagus. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
