Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
1. Mix all ingredients. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil (parchment works much better).
2. Drop from teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake for 5-6 minutes, ovens vary. I do 5 minutes. If the edges start to brown take them out or they will burn.
3. Take parchment sheets off the cookie sheets and place on counter until cool. If you use foil be careful lifting them off or they break.
