8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 small can chopped green chilies
2 ea 16 oz. can shoepeg corn
garlic salt to taste
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º F.
Combine cream cheese, butter and milk and saucepan over medium heat. Melt butter and cream cheese, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 300º F.
