Ingredients:  
4 c sliced apples
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/4 c water
3/4 c flour
1 c sugar
1/3 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced apples in a buttered 10 X 6 X 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt, add water.
Rub together butter, flour and sugar. Drop mixture over apples.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

I like this apple crisp because the topping does not contain oats. I don't know where I got this recipe, but it's the one my mom always made.
