CAKE:
2 Cups HERMAN
2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Fruit (any kind)
2/3 Cup Oil
2 Eggs

TOPPING:

1 Tbl Flour
1 Tbl Cinnamon
1 Cup Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 Cup Nuts (chopped)
1/4 Cup Margarine (melted)
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together. In mixing bowl blend sugar, oil and eggs. Add Herman, and flour mixture and mix well. Stir in fruit, mixing well. Pour batter into well greased 9 x 13 pan.

Mix together all ingredients for topping. Sprinkle evenly over cake batter.

Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 mins
