2 Potatoes (peeled and diced)
Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Onion Flakes
1 to 2 pats Butter
2 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes and put in small saucepan. Cover with water; add salt and cook until potatoes are at desired tenderness. Remove from heat and drain water off.

Set on counter top and add onion flakes and pats of butter. Let sit for 2 to 3 mins so that butter can melt. Return to stove and add milk. Heat to desired temperature.

I like my potatoes a little crunchy and I sometimes add a little more salt.
