1 10 oz. pkg. frozen English peas
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 8 oz. c. water chestnuts slices, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper, diced in 1/4 in. pieces
1 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese, diced in 1/4 in. pieces
1 8 oz. bottle ranch salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. Dijon mustard
1 c. sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. bacon bits, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together peas (still frozen), celery, water chestnuts, onion, green pepper, and cheese. In a small bowl, stir together ranch dressing, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Pour dressing over vegetables and stir to combine. Sprinkle in sunflower seeds and bacon bits; stir well. Chill for several hours.
