1 1/2 Cups Flaked Coconut
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter, melted

1 oz. Milk Chocolate, melted
2 Tbl Pecans (chopped fine)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine coconut, powdered sugar and butter. Form into 1-inch balls. Using end of wooden spoon handle, make an indentation in the center of each ball. Fill with chocolate. Sprinkle with pecans.

Place on a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Chill until chocolate is firm. Store in refrigerator.

For a treat that tastes even more like Almond Joy candy bars, substitute in chopped almonds for the pecans.
