For Every Pound of Ground Beef add:
1 c. minced onions
1 c. water
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
1 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cold meat, onions, chili powder, water, cumin, and salt in saucepan. Mix well, stirring while bring water to a boil. Ground beef should separate into granular pieces. Simmer for 1 hour or until water is cooked out. Keep warm for serving on hot dogs. Freeze leftover chili for future cookouts/tailgate parties. Reheat in microwave, in saucepan on stove top, or on a campfire.
