2 11 oz. c. White shoe peg corn, drained
1 5 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 5 oz. pkg. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Onion flakes
Chipotle chili pepper seasoning to taste

Mix corn, cheeses, mayonnaise, onion flakes, and seasoning together. Serve either with corn or tortilla chips. Do not bake, this is a cold dip.

Best if make the day before.
