Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Family Memories from Susan Aud Sonders: The Beckers. . .What a loving fun family. Everyone was always so cheerful and happy; Terry, Steve, Rex and adorable Sheila. Both Bettye and Arnold were always there with a hearty hug and lots of activities. Bettye and Arnold’s priority seemed to be “let’s have fun.” It has always been wonderful to be near Bettye. She has a way of making you feel special just by being in her presence. As I grew up, she was always engaging someone in a game, often sitting on the floor in a relaxed position. Arnold’s eyes were continually filled with joy and humor. I was mesmerized, as a young child, by how tall, handsome and kind he was. The love they showed each other was a great role model.
