1 Ripe Banana
1/4 Cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup White Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl mash banana. Add frozen orange juice, lemon juice, and syrup and stir.
Use this to baste your rotisserie pork roast. Place a foil pan under your meat and baste with this sauce during the last 15 mins of cooking.

This sauce is so good that I sometimes double the recipe and warm it all up and use as a warm gravy over the sliced pork. Momo came back from a grocery convention trip to Hawaii with this recipe.
