1 Cup Oleo
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
4 Cups Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add powdered sugar, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour. Mix until well blended. Take out by small teaspoon and roll in bowl of granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass.

Bake at 375º for 12 mins. Makes 5-6 dozen cookies.
