3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Mashed Bananas
1 3/4 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

optional 1 1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sugar, oil, eggs and Bananas. Mix Dry ingredients and add them to the wet ingredients. Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake 1 hour @ 350
Let stand 10 min before removing.
