1 Egg White
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cup Pecan Pieces

Preheat oven to 250º
Beat egg white until stiff.
Slowly add brown sugar, vanilla and pecans. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Place in over for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave for 30 minutes more.
