Ingredients:  
Crust: 40 Nilla wafers crushed ( about 1 1/2 cups)
3 tbsp butter melted
Mix crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of 9 in. spring form pan.

Cake: Beat 3 pkgs cream cheese (room temp.)
3/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp vanilla with mixer until well blended.
Add 3 eggs - one at a time on low speed until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 50-55 mins until center is almost set. Run knife around pan to loosen cake. Cool completely in pan.
Top - Beat 1 pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Whisk in 1 tub ( 8 oz) cool whip
Spread over cheesecake.
Refrigerate 4 hrs. Remove rim of pan.
