1 (10 ounce) French bread (18-inch long)
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp butter cut into pieces
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional - raisins, sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into bite size pieces. Lay in casserole sprayed casserole dish.
Mix all other ingredients in bowl and pour over break. Cover with foil and refrigerate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º
